The products purchased will be delivered by Baio Pace S.r.l. by courier or carrier to the address indicated by the customer as shipping address.

For our shipments, we rely on the service of express couriers qualified and specialized in the delivery of furniture, furnishings and accessories to ensure the integrity of the products and the quality of service.

All our products are insured during the shipment.

By purchasing the product, the customer accepts the following conditions.


The delivery of the products, unless otherwise specified, is always at the street level.

Shipping costs may vary according to the destination, the weight and the volume of the products.

For goods to be delivered in Italy, the expected delivery times are usually 2/3 working days for small goods and 4/5 working days for large goods.

For deliveries inside the European Union, the expected delivery times are usually 4/5 working days for small goods and 1 or 2 weeks for large goods, and only for products ready to be shipped, in other words, in stock.

For goods to be delivered overseas or Outside the European Union countries, the expected delivery times are usually 1 or 2 weeks for goods shipped by air (small goods), 2/3 weeks for goods shipped by trucks (large goods but in Europe) and 4/5 weeks for large goods overseas.

Delivery times for products not available in stock or for non-European destinations are usually made within 1 to 8 weeks of payment confirmation.

These delivery times are approximate and can be subject to higher delays depending on our suppliers, the type of shipment or any external events such as natural disaster or sanitary crisis, or political measures on goods transportation.


Before signing for the shipment, recommends you to check for damage, missing items, defects or other non-compliances.

This includes checking the condition of the packaging, the number of packages, and the quantities, references, condition and features of the Products.


If you wish to file a claim, you must first specify on the DDT (Transportation Delivery Document) the damage, missing items, defects or other non-compliances noticed during the check and the contact

For the claim to be valid, you must:

- Indicate the specific problems involving damaged or missing items on the delivery packing slip. General statements such as “subject to unpacking” are insufficient.

Send your claims in writing by email to within 14 days following delivery, not including holidays.

You must be able to provide proof that the claims are true and allow, its shippers, or any other persons authorized by them to inspect the items. You must not intervene or allow third parties to intervene.

If your claim is accepted, the defective Product will be exchanged, or refunded if the Product is not available in stock or from our suppliers. The Product being returned must be handed over to shippers in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of its accessories.

Once the signature of acceptance has been affixed, it will no longer be possible to dispute any damage or aesthetic inconsistencies on the products.

The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer on delivery, will constitute proof of transport and release of the goods.

The delivery is deemed to have been made from the moment the product is delivered to the customer.


For orders delivered to destination countries outside the European Union Member countries, the relative shipping cost is usually displayed at the checkout, while any custom or import duties will be at your expenses.

In case of the non-display of the relative shipping cost, you might contact to have a specific quotation.

For any eventual returned products, the shipping costs will be at your own expenses, except in the specific cases of damage, missing items, defects or other non-compliances noticed to Baiopace as previously mentioned above.

Please note that in any case any custom or import duties imposed on products returned to Italy will be at your own expenses.

TAXES AND DUTIES dispatched orders "Delivery Duty Paid" (DDP), hence all taxes and duties are included for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Goods will arrive directly at their destination address in these countries, with no extra charges other than the amount paid at the time of the order.

Orders to all other countries are sent "Delivery At Place" (DAP) or "Delivery Duty Unpaid" (DDU), i.e. exclusive of any local sales taxes or customs duties. If you reside in a non-EU country, we advise you to find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order to

Please be aware that any local Sales taxes or customs duties will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of delivery and not be refunded if the items are returned.


Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation (with tax/fiscal purpose) declaring the value of the merchandise.

All shipments designated for countries outside the European Union, as required by customs regulations, are accompanied by invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

Baiopace returns and exchanges are free in Italy.

Please return your unworn item within 14 days from delivery, for a full refund of the goods.

Please, be aware that the return shipping costs will be at your own expenses.

On any International order outside the European Union member countries, you are responsible for the the return shipment, which means that you are responsible for choosing a trusted delivery service and that the return shipping charges will be at your own expenses.

Please note that in case of eventual returns any customs or import duties for product returned to Italy will be at your expenses.

In case of eventual returns we are unable to predict the eventual charges and the customer is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax.

On any International order inside the European Union member countries, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. You may elect to choose to use our carrier or to choose any courier service at your expenses to collect the requested returns.

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on online store that you are not completely satisfied with, with the exception of customized goods or products mentioned as non-refundable in our online store, once it is returned to us in a salable condition within 14 days of receipt.
